The sponsorship agreement may be signed by the sponsoring company itself or by an intermediary company representing the sponsor. In this section, state the name of the company that will sign the agreement and, if the company is an intermediary company, also the name of the sponsoring company.

Specify the amount to be deposited by the Company into the University's bank account for the Club / Society. If the sponsorship is in kind (not cash), enter the amount as 0 and use the "Remarks" section at the bottom of the page for details.
